+Starship Factory takes great pride in being a creative space. However,
+creativity is greatly hindered by lack of diversity. The reasons for that are
+simple:
+
+ * People from different backgrounds have had different experiences in their
+ lives.
+ * These different experiences encourage different ways of thinking and create
+ different needs.
+ * If you limit the group of people contributing to your idea and its
+ development, you limit the different perspectives and requirements going
+ into your project, and your product will be worse.
+
+For these reasons, and just because it is the right thing, we want Starship
+Factory to be the creative space for *everybody* in Basel and the surrounding
+region.
